What information do I need for a quotation request?
For an accurate quotation, we need at least the travel date, pick-up point, destination, departure and return times, and number of passengers. You can also tell us about stops, luggage, sports equipment or other special requirements. The more detail you provide, the more precise our quotation can be.
Where does RR Charter operate?
We arrange group transport throughout Finland and, when required, to Sweden, Norway and the Baltics. Your journey can be a single transfer, a return trip or a multi-day programme.
Can I order water, sandwiches or other catering for passengers?
Yes. We can arrange bottled water, sandwiches, snacks or other catering in advance according to your group’s needs. Include your wishes in the quotation request and we will take them into account when planning the transport.
What group sizes can RR Charter accommodate?
We provide transport for groups of different sizes. Our fleet includes approximately 16+1-seat minibuses, 52-seat coaches and large coaches with up to 67 seats. We select the vehicle that best fits your group and journey.
Are bookings subject to cancellation terms?
Yes. The following cancellation terms apply to confirmed bookings:
More than 14 days before transport: no cancellation fee
13–7 days before transport: 25% of the booking price
6–3 days before transport: 50% of the booking price
2–0 days before transport or no-show: 100% of the booking price
What happens if our schedule changes or our flight is delayed?
Contact us as soon as possible if your flight, ferry or other schedule changes. We will always do our best to adapt the transport to the new situation, while taking driver working-time regulations and other traffic into account.
